For me, wellness became personal.
Hi, I'm Lisa.
My interest in wellness has grown alongside my own life.
Through my fertility journey, becoming a mum and navigating the changes that come with my 40s, I became increasingly curious about what was actually happening inside my body.
Hormones. Weight. Energy. Skin. Strength. Brain health. And eventually, the long-term question of how I wanted to age.
I didn't want to simply guess, follow every new wellness trend or accept that feeling different was just something I had to put up with.
I wanted to understand more.
That curiosity led me to nutritional testing, evidence-informed wellness and a much more proactive approach to the choices I make for myself and my family.
Lisa Ma Wellness is where I share what I've learned, what I personally use and the wellness practices that have earned a place in my own life.
Because looking after our health isn't about perfection. It's about making better-informed choices today for how we want to feel, look and live tomorrow.

Feel well. Look well. Live well.
For every stage of your wellness journey.
Understand before you guess.
There is no shortage of advice telling us what we should be doing for our health.
But our bodies aren't all the same.
I believe in becoming more curious about what's happening within your body, using relevant testing where appropriate, understanding your nutritional foundations and making practical choices that fit into real life.
It's not about chasing perfection or the latest wellness trend.
It's about understanding more, choosing thoughtfully and creating healthier foundations for yourself and the people you love.
