WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Thoughtfully chosen. Personally recommended.

A curated collection of wellness programs designed to help you better understand and support the nutritional foundations behind feeling well, looking well and living well.

From personalised testing and essential fatty acid balance to gut health, collagen and children's nutrition, start with what matters most to you.

THE WELLNESS EDIT

Wellness, without the overwhelm.

There are endless products, supplements and opinions competing for our attention.

I prefer to keep things considered.

The Lisa Ma Wellness programs bring together products and testing I personally use, trust and recommend, with each program focused on a different nutritional foundation.

You don't need to do everything at once. You can start with the area that's most relevant to you or your family, understand why you're using it and build from there.

PERSONALISED
Testing and insights where relevant.

CONSIDERED
A curated approach rather than more for the sake of more.

PRACTICAL
Designed to fit into everyday life.

SUPPORTED
Education and guidance to help you understand your choices.

 01 · THE BALANCE PROGRAM

Understand what's happening within.

The Balance Program is our personalised starting point for understanding and supporting your essential fatty acid balance.

Rather than simply adding another supplement to your routine, the program begins with a simple at-home test that provides insight into the balance of fatty acids within your body.

From there, targeted nutritional support helps you work towards a healthier balance, with the opportunity to retest and see how your levels have changed.

Why balance matters

Essential fatty acids form part of the nutritional foundations that support normal function throughout the body, including the brain, heart and cells.

The Balance Program may particularly appeal if you value a test, don't guess approach and want greater insight into your nutritional starting point.

Includes:
At-home fatty acid testing · Personalised results · Premium omega nutritional support · Retesting pathway · Education & support

02 · GUT FOUNDATIONS

Better foundations from within.

Your gut is home to a complex community of microorganisms, and what you eat helps shape the environment in which they live.

Gut Foundations takes a practical approach to everyday gut nutrition, with targeted fibre and nutritional support designed to nourish the microbiome and support normal digestive function.

It's an easy addition to your daily routine and a natural next step for anyone wanting to pay more attention to what happens beneath the surface.

Think beyond digestion.

Looking after your gut isn't only about how your stomach feels.

Nutrition, fibre and microbiome diversity are increasingly important parts of the broader conversation around whole-body wellbeing.

Focus:
Fibre · Microbiome nourishment · Digestion · Regularity · Everyday gut nutrition

03 · COLLAGEN RENEWAL

Beauty and strength from within.

Our body's natural collagen production changes as we age, influencing much more than the appearance of our skin.

Collagen is an important structural protein found throughout the body, including the skin, bones, joints and connective tissue.

Collagen Renewal brings beauty and wellbeing together with premium nutritional support designed for women who want to take an inside-out approach to looking after their skin and the body beneath it.

Beauty is more than skin deep.

Wanting luminous, healthy-looking skin and to feel confident as our bodies change isn't superficial.

It's one part of looking after ourselves.

Focus:
Skin · Collagen · Connective tissue · Bones · Joints · Beauty from within

04 · LITTLE FOUNDATIONS

Healthy foundations for growing bodies.

Becoming a parent can change the way we think about nutrition.

Suddenly, the choices we make aren't only for ourselves.

Little Foundations is our family-focused program, bringing together simple nutritional support for growing bodies with a particular focus on essential fats, gut health and developing minds.

It's about helping parents make informed, practical choices without turning family wellness into another source of pressure.

Little bodies. Important foundations.

Children have different nutritional needs from adults, which is why their wellness deserves its own considered approach.

Essential fats · Gut nutrition · Developing minds · Growing bodies · Everyday family wellbeing

It's the way we approach them.

TEST

 A CONNECTED APPROACH

 Wellness with professional insight.

Lisa Ma Wellness is a wellness education and nutritional support platform rather than a medical or healthcare service.

Lisa works closely with Margie Dangerfield, Registered Nurse and Midwife, who provides clinical insight and advice to support our health education and approach.

We also have access to a broader network of healthcare professionals and practitioners who use these health protocols and programs within their own practices.

Where your needs sit outside the scope of Lisa Ma Wellness, we encourage you to work with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Still wondering where you fit?

Wellness can come with a lot of noise. These are some of the questions worth asking before deciding what's right for you.

I eat pretty well. Do I really need to think about nutritional balance?

A healthy diet is an excellent foundation, but eating well doesn't necessarily tell you what's happening inside your body.

This is one of the reasons I'm such an advocate for testing rather than guessing.

Two people can eat similarly and still have different fatty acid profiles. The BalanceTest gives you personalised information about your essential fatty acid balance, including your Omega-6:3 ratio, so the conversation shifts from "I think I'm doing enough" to "What do my results actually show?"

And this philosophy extends beyond omega-3.

How much fibre are you really getting? Are you thinking about your gut microbiome? Has your skin changed? Are your nutritional priorities different now than they were ten years ago?

Feeling well is important. Understanding more gives you another piece of the picture.

Why is omega-3 such an important part of the Lisa Ma Wellness approach?

Because omega-3 isn't relevant to just one part of life.

EPA and DHA are important fatty acids with established nutritional roles throughout the body. DHA contributes to normal brain function, while maternal DHA intake contributes to normal brain and eye development of the fetus during pregnancy.

That's why omega-3 enters so many of the conversations we have at Lisa Ma Wellness, from preconception and pregnancy nutrition to brain health and children's development.

But I don't believe the answer is simply, "Everyone should take some fish oil."

I'm much more interested in the question:

What is your fatty acid balance?

That's why The Balance Program combines nutritional support with testing. It allows you to start with information about your own body rather than simply following a general recommendation.

And importantly, omega-3 isn't a fertility treatment, a hormone treatment or a cure for symptoms. It's an important nutritional foundation within a much bigger picture of health.

My body is changing. Could nutrition really make a difference during perimenopause?

Perimenopause can be the point when many women suddenly realise that what worked for them at 30 doesn't necessarily feel the same at 40 or 50.

Weight and body composition may change. Skin can change. Sleep, energy, mood and concentration can feel different. And it can prompt much bigger questions about bone, brain, heart and long-term health.

There is no single supplement that can "balance your hormones" or solve perimenopause, and I'm wary of wellness marketing that suggests otherwise.

What we can do is pay closer attention to the foundations our bodies rely on: quality nutrition, essential fatty acids, fibre and gut health, protein, movement and strength, sleep, stress management and appropriate medical care.

That's how I view the Lisa Ma Wellness programs.

Not as a fix for perimenopause, but as tools that may support some of the nutritional foundations that become increasingly important as our bodies change.

And if symptoms are affecting your quality of life, that's also a conversation worth having with your GP or women's health professional. Wellness and medical care don't need to compete with one another.

Do I really need supplements, or should I just get everything from food?

Food comes first.

A varied, nutrient-rich diet should form the foundation of good nutrition, and no supplement can compensate for an otherwise poor lifestyle.

But I also think there's a more useful question than simply asking whether supplements are "good" or "bad":

Is there a clear reason for taking this particular product?

That's the standard I use at Lisa Ma Wellness.

The Balance Program includes testing so you can understand your fatty acid profile. Gut Foundations provides targeted dietary fibres to complement your everyday diet. Collagen Renewal provides specific collagen peptides and supporting nutrients. Little Foundations takes a considered approach to nutritional areas that parents may want to explore for their children.

I'm not interested in creating the biggest supplement routine possible.

Purpose before products.

Understand why you're taking something, make sure it's appropriate for you and let it complement the healthy foundations you're already building.

With fertility, perimenopause, weight, skin, gut health and kids' nutrition, how do I know what's actually right for me?

You don't need to solve everything at once.

That's probably one of the most important messages behind Lisa Ma Wellness.

Our bodies don't exist in neat categories. Someone thinking about fertility may also be interested in gut health. A woman navigating perimenopause may be noticing changes in her weight, skin, sleep and concentration at the same time. A parent may start thinking about their child's nutrition and suddenly question their own.

Start with the thing that matters most to you right now.

Learn about it. Understand your options. Test where personalised information can be useful. Then decide whether there is something practical you want to change.

If you're pregnant, preparing for pregnancy, undergoing fertility treatment, taking medication, managing a health condition or considering nutritional products for your child, individual professional advice becomes particularly important.

Lisa works closely with Margie Dangerfield, Registered Nurse and Midwife, who provides clinical insight to support our health education and approach. We also have access to healthcare professionals and practitioners experienced with these health protocols and programs.

And if you're simply unsure where you fit, that's exactly what the complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call is for.

You don't need to arrive knowing the answer. Sometimes the best place to start is with a better question.
